Lake: Pueblo Reservoir
Pueblo Res in November
Post By: MathGeek      Posted: 9/27/2012 6:09:23 PM     Points: 351
If you hang here much, you know Elevenmile is my prime time location, but they close it to boating at the end of October, and I figure that's a good time to start learning Pueblo Res. a bit better. So what's a good species to target a P-lo in November? Walleye? Wipers? Are the catfish still biting?

I'm not really a smb or lmb type of guy, preferring to troll lures or still fish with bait. What's a good play for P-lo in November?

Check the marinas, north and south, wipers chasing shad, and watch the gulls, i have caught wipers in snow storms during october, throw clown colored huskey jerks along the dam at night fall... spent a few years listening to the baseball playoffs while catching 6-9lb eyes and defrosting my hands.
