Finally! I caught the fish of my season at the ol' haggle bear. I've heard of pike being in there, but never have caught any.... until now. Beautiful fish. Approx 37.5" and 17.5lbs. Fought like a bastard!!

Watch your fingers!

Fish looks every bit of 17. Nice, I've seen several big northerns taken out of the hag. Population growing and I like it! Might have to try for them through the ice this year.

Great Fish!!! My humble opinion, 35-36 inches, 9-11lbs. Either way, well done, especially out of the hag.

For those of you don't know me, I'm coonielook175. Nice to meet you. I fish with 'Lips all the time and there is no way he'd lie about the size of a fish, let alone one with a picture to back it up. Pike are heavy fish because they're essentially a giant piece of muscle.

There's pigs to be had in Hagler. 'Lips and I have touched our fair share.

PS - If you see a Pro Team with a snow camo look make sure you throw a waive or tip your cap.

Thanks, coonie. Yeah, you and I sure have had our fair share of slobs at the old haggle bear. And thanks to everybody else who enjoyed my post. The fish is what it is. If I said it was 12" and three pounds I'm sure somebody would have called BS so it is what it is.

It was three feet if it was an inch is what I say! LOL

Jjay... I'm always out there brother if you ever want to go let me know I went today and the ramp is okay but the dock is completely out of the water so somebody has to wade in.

People who question sizes like this are just jealous and probably have never caught a fish that big in the first place.

I saw your pike the other day lips. A guy in a canoe hooked him. Brought him up to the shore to land him. Jumped out of the water and snapped 12# test. It might of been the same one I was right there...
