I want to go out to Jumbo and catch some of those bull heads. i wanted to know what baits are working and what locations of the lake are working, any info would be great.

I talked to a buddy who was there last weekend on a boat and said anything for bait and everyplace they tryed. The biggest onee they caught was eight ". They caught over 200 between three of em and most were only about four inches.

If your intrested in a cooler full of bullheads thats where to go. From shore you will catch them too. I might suggest trying by the outlet tower as from shore thats the deepest water you will find and might get lucky with another species as well. Have fun. Take some slayed fish pics too will ya?

My mom and dad love the taste of small (5-10in) bull heads so i decided that i would go out and try and get them some.

Sweet. Maybe you can get lucky n get more than that. Do you clean them? How? N how do you cook em?

Hopefully. All we do is gut them and then fry them whole or grill them they taste pretty good, we season them with some tony's creole seasoning and then put them in butter and roll them in some Louisiana fish fry.

The bigger one taste ok but the smaller ones I think have more flavor.
