Headed up to Green Mountain for some camping and fishing on Thursday. Just curious if anyone has been up there recently and can comment on the fishing. Thanks!

Thanks Kokee. Fortunately, we have a boat coming up on Friday to fish from. At this point any fish and no fire will be ok with me.

The dirt ramp at Heeney marina is rough, but solid. Launching is not a problem, retrieving would be best with 4x4 to keep from digging ruts in the gravel. Parking should not be an issue. Right now they are parking below the high water mark. However there are 20+ parking spots in the regular parking area. Kokes have been kind of tough. DOW says there are plenty. My feelings are that they are scattered and mixed with smaller macks. Macks are more agressive so thats the majority of what you get.(my opinion) I live on GMR and fish several mornings a week.

Was there a week ago. Skunked. Barely even a bite. Threw hardware, bait, sweet songs, and kitchen sink. Meanwhile, crackly dry landscape and a closed boat launch needing about 20 more feet of pavement.
