Turquoise Lake Skippers,

It would be nice to get a recent update on Turquoise. The last time I was there it was very low. Nothing has been reported since May. I would like to know the conditions before taking a two and a half hour drive there.

Could we at least get a conditions report at least every two weeks or so?

Thank you for considering this.

You can check out the link at the bottom of the description, above the forum posts on the lake page.
Same as here: [log in for link]
It's at full pool level : (Pool Elev: 9944.7) [log in for link]

So for now... depending on which pool level... it's either full or 67% low. However, they are filling right now.

Also, you can ask some of the skippers directly. Just click on the skippers name and it will take you to their biographical information.
Keep in mind, we volunteer our time to do this. Life and work are always there. Also, many times, because life does seem to interfere, we rely on you anglers to help us by submitting conditions reports. If they are on the forum, good chance we'll miss it. That is why it is so important to submit the updates.

went a few days ago in out boat. water looked low imo had to drive down the boat ramp more that what id call normal.
saw several humps out of the water into the lake one laker landed on tubejig w/suckermeat. the rest troling or casting lures like trout hd's and rapala trollng style lures.
alot of surface fish. dink trout stocker sized would keep you busy from shore too. lakers were suspended or really deep imo.

I've never been but want to head up and beat the heat. This link is very helpful for water levels. 24 feet down.
