Goin to Aspen

I'm headed to aspen area looking to get some advice on what flys are workin so I can prepair a little. I am fishin Lincon creek and the roaring for so lookin for some trout flys. Thanks.

The upper Roaring Fork should be good. Historically I do well with prince nymphs, red pheasant tails, redish-brown mayfly nymphs, copper johns, and small stones. This time of year expect to see caddis hatches and several mayflies coming off.

If you're not into nymphing, I'd try the old stand-bys like an Adams, Royal Coachman, or any of the mosquito imitations. Fish them wet or dry in a #14 or #16. Good Fishing!
