Lake: Spinney Mountain Reservoir
Lost a flybox
Post By: Cobbhead      Posted: 6/8/2012 5:15:01 AM     Points: 27
Fished Spinney yesterday, boated in off the south landing. Weather started out great, low breezes and partly cloudy. Started nymphing, only three strikes in three hours, made much harder by the fact I evidently dropped my fly box in the parking lot and couldn't change flies. Tried casting spin lures for an hour and NOTHING! Went to trolling, my least favorite method to fish, and did ok when I switched to a brown/green Flatfish. If anyone has my flybox, post and I can I.D. it.

We'll bump this up. I hope you get your flies back. I've lost many over the years. Hurts, but a great excuse to tye more.
