Nope, nowhere for live bait anymore in Sterling - Denver Metro area is the closest that I know of.

Theres one on the way to jackson in that old town before you turn left to the inlet. You could pick some up there before you head to sterling

Thanks for the update, 10 feet down isn't bad, though many of the trees in darby arm will be out - oh well. Tight lines!

Fished NS yesterday in my tube.
Here's some tips for NS:
*Always check weather. Thunderstorms can be dangerous
*Best lures are shad immitators
*If you troll try different lures at different levels. Go to west side and use worm harness, near bottom for Walleye.
* I usually throw lures around sunset point with my tube. In early spring I fish near dam
* IF you get a wiper hookup stay in that area, wiper are schooly fish.

I have fished NS a LOT and really enjoy the wiper action there.
Didn't do much Wed. I think the fish were deep and I was fishing near shore and shallow

Hal, how did you end up doing? Haven't gotten to north sterling yet this summer. Was just wondering if its worth a trip or not.
