Harvey has a good perch population. Often they will hold in a bit deeper water, 15-20 feet. Never had much issue catching them on small streamers bounced along the bottom. Plenty of pike, small jigs, streamers, spinners, etc should produce a few of the smaller fish. Big girls are heavily fished for and a bit more problematic.

As a bonus Harvey has crappie and some very nice smallies.

Went up there last year and had really good luck with split shot and a worm for perch caught well over 100 over a 2 day trip . Also my brother caught a 9 pound northern by the island using a bottom bouncer with a spining crawler harness on it during the same trip. Good place to fish.
