We usually have luck catching the little stocker trout with garlic flavored pwerbait. My 4 year old loves catching them little guys. He says "They are just my size". We usually rig them up with a 12"-18" leader line and fish them off the bottom near the dam.

Of course some people will poke fun at me because I use powerbait out there but hey, catchin fish is catchin fish in my son's eyes...

Good luck!!!

i always fish in the middle of the dam. cast out about 25 yards with powerbait on the bottom. also if you have another rod stamp, get a slip bobber with a worm on it set about 5 to 10 feet deep. hope you can get em!

Hxcpunk- what are you trying to target? Me and my daughter were out this morning and got into a few bass. Trout were feeding on top.

tie on a clear water bobber, with a swivel with four to five feet of line. to a fly. or mini jig youll be busy all day there. fill the bobber half to 3/4 full to cast farther. you can catch crappie, trout on the mini jig setup. trout on the fly setup.
