As your fly fishing primarily, and Windsor gets stocked regularly, I'd use size 10 or 12 hare's ears, pheasant tails, or 8-12 wooly buggers in peacock, black, or brown

Try the two inlets on the north side or the NW corner for some more cover.

Thanks for the advice. A buddy and I fished there Friday evening. There were quite a few fisherman so we searched until we found an open spot along the shore where we wouldn't be crowding anyone. That ended up being about half way between the inlet and boat ramp. I was able to catch 4 crappie, 2 trout, and 1 bluegill on the fly rod. I was using a renegade fished dry with a pheasant tail dropper. I was also able to catch a crappie on a small mepps spinner. My buddy caught 2 trout fishing the bottom with powerbait. It looked like about everyone else was fishing bait on the bottom and catching stocker bows.
