I fished a couple hours from my pontoon Tuesday evening. The water temp ranged from 55-57. Water level is just barely up into the brush. Quite a bit lower than normal years and doesn't seem to be rising much. Brush pile near public pull out is still entirely out of he water.
I fished the SE end of the lake and marked some schools of Crappie but couldn't get them to bite. I did catch 3 small perch and 1 nice crappie but the action was slower than expected. Fished using mostly jigs in an assortment of colors and plain worm. I also tipped my jigs with worm. I saw 2 other boats and 1 bank fisherman.
