Is the fork fishable with flies this time of the year? If so how well and what flies? Also any tips on iceing the lake for lakers and pike?

Not sure, but below the dam it should be open for some distance. If so, midges are always a great winter option.

Fished the Williams Fork below the private sections and did fairly well on Muddler Minnows, all browns. The only other open water was at Parshall, really crowded, and the spillway below Shadow Mountain, where there were a few 'kokes in the tail-end of the spillway, which responded to an egg - red san juan set-up. Fortunately, the wind was mild and not a cloud in the sky.
