Getting there: Per dvlake.com: From San Diego County: Take Interstate 15 north to the 215 north split. Transition onto the Interstate 215 north (two right lanes). Continue to Newport Road exit and turn right onto Newport and continue east. Newport name will change to Domenigoni Parkway. Follow Domenigoni Pkwy to Searl Parkway and turn right to the Visitor Center. Entrance to Center parking is at the first stop sign.
