I catch a lot of LMB, but have never cared for the flavor. Seemed to have a slight pondwater/ mossy taste. Most people I talk to don't care for the taste either. I have come up with a marinade that completely kills that gamey flavor.
Since I enjoy making videos, a couple of my buddies suggested making one for this. If you DO like the taste of LMB, then this video is not for you. This marinade works on all fish. It kills the fishy flavor of trout really well too. Enjoy.
