Biography:

Jeff is an avid angler and writer who started bass tournament fishing in Missouri in 1990. He has lived in Denver and fished bass tournaments in Colorado and the surrounding region since 1997. “My first love is bass tournament fishing, but I also enjoy fly-fishing and fishing for a variety of species. In recent years I have learned the joys of Northern Pike and plan to pursue the toothy critters more often.” Jeff is a Pure Fishing/Berkley Elite Angler.
A former Bassmaster Weekend Series Regional Championship and National Championship Qualifier, and a Life Member of the Bass Anglers Sportsman Society (B.A.S.S.), Jeff has qualified for Colorado State Teams for Colorado Bass Federation Nation (BASS) and Colorado TBF (The Bass Federation/FLW) through several local bass clubs, including Denver Bassmasters and 5280 BassHunters. He is very active in the State bass club organizations and has held every officer position in either club or state level, including, former President of the Denver Bassmasters and Tournament Organizer and Tournament Director for the Rocky Mountain Team Series Bass Tournaments, (formerly 5280 Team Series.)
A guest speaker for the Bass Pro Shops Spring Fishing Classic, Jeff has presented numerous seminars and tank demonstrations and is dedicated to promoting the sport of fishing through education and youth.
